In April 2004, Paula Arndt took a chance and decided to start her own real estate company. With support from her friends and family, Paula began Weichert Realtors Broadway Realty. After 10 successful years in business, Paula has made it a priority to give back to the community. “I believe that if you give back everything you have to give, you will still have more,” said Arndt.

After attending the 2013 Women’s Initiative “Look Who’s Talking” luncheon and hearing the CEO of “Two Men and a Truck” speak, Paula was inspired to create a fund through the Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation to assist causes related to women and girls in Isabella County. Paula feels for those who struggle and wants to help women in need with the profits of her successful business.

“God will always provide for you,” said Arndt. “He has blessed me in so many ways and I just want to be able to give to those who are less fortunate.”
