The Hospice of Central Michigan Fund was established on June 11, 2002 by the board of directors of Hospice of Central Michigan, DBA Woodland Hopice.
Woodland Hospice provides high quality, dignified, compassionate, end of life care to people with terminal illness. We promote long term emotional, spiritual and physical well being of caregivers and survivors. We provide expertise in palliative, supportive and bereavement care. 
Woodland Hospice is the primary client care service of Hospice of Central Michigan, Inc., a community based not-for-profit organization established in 1982.
