Hospice of Central Michigan Fund

The Hospice of Central Michigan Fund was established on June 11, 2002 by the board of directors of Hospice of Central Michigan, doing business as Woodland Hospice.

Owned and operated by MidMichigan Health Home Care since 2017, Woodland Hospice House is a beautiful 8 bed facility focused on privacy, tranquility and individualized care. The home-like environment provides an alternative living location for short term respite stays or as a long term living location. On-site staff provide care 24 hours per day/7 days per week.

Woodland Hospice provides high quality, dignified, compassionate, end of life care to people with terminal illness. The facility promotes long term emotional, spiritual and physical well being of caregivers and survivors. Staff provide expertise in palliative, supportive and bereavement care. The Hospice of Central Michigan Fund continues to support this care at Woodland Hospice House.
