Learning is a life-long process.  Isabella Bank firmly believes that educating young people is a crucial part of providing opportunities for personal growth and advancement. It is Isabella Bank's belief that service to one’s community is an important component of the education process.

1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Shepherd High School                              
1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Montabella High School                           
1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Farwell High School                                 
1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Beal City High School                              
1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Chippewa Hills High School                     
1 - $750 scholarship to a graduating senior from Lakeview High School                             
2 - $750 scholarships to graduating seniors from Mt. Pleasant High School 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a graduating senior from one of the high schools listed below.
  • Demonstrate community involvement through service/volunteerism.
  • Not be an immediate family member of an Isabella Bank employee or board member.
  • Have a 3.0 or greater GPA.
  • Be pursuing a two or four year degree and be accepted to a university, college or school of higher education, including industrial, technical or vocational school.

Preference:
During the process of selecting scholarship recipients from the eligible applicants, reviewers will give preference to the following:

  • The student’s service to their community.
  • Leadership shown during service to their community.

Application Deadline: Thursday, March 11 2010 by 4 p.m.
