The Jason Parrott Scholarship Fund awards a scholarship to a special needs student for the purpose of furthering his or her education. The scholarship can be used to acquire special materials or equipment that would help the student pursue higher education.

2008 Scholarship Award: $600

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Student must demonstrate a need for special materials or equipment that would otherwise prevent them from continuing their education OR be a special needs student pursuing higher education.
• Parents or guardian shall reside in Isabella County.
• First time applicant shall be accepted into a college, university, trade school or other institution of higher learning.
• Financial need shall not be a factor in the selection process.
