Welcome to our new web site!

Our new web site was brought on-line while it is still "under construction" to accomodate scholarship and grant seekers.

We are especially excited that each of the Foundation's permanently endowed funds will have its own web page. These pages will:

  • document the local history of the Fund's creators.
  • state the charitable intent of the Fund.
  • allow supporters, friends and family to make a gift to the Fund.

Click on Our Funds to view the list of our permanently endowed Funds. We are in the process of creating Fund web pages. Only those funds that are colored light brown have had a web page created.

Connecting people who care with causes that matter… SINCE 1990.

Since 1990, the Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation has helped thousands of individuals, families and businesses put their resources to work to help others.  We know the needs of our community and the most effective programs and organizations that serve those needs.  We know the latest options for flexible and tax-effective giving.  We use our knowledge to connect people in ways that make life better for Isabella County residents today and tomorrow.

Our Mission... is to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Isabella County, now and for generations to come, by holding and attracting permanent endowed funds from a wide range of donors, addressing needs through grant making and providing leadership on key community issues.
