Jason Parrott Scholarship Fund

Jason Parrott

Jason Parrot is a proud graduate of Chippewa Hills. In addition to being a student, he also worked as an office assistant at the school. With his hard work and the support of his family and teachers, Jason successfully earned his diploma. At his graduation ceremony, Jason noticed there were not many scholarships and awards available for students like him, students with special needs. He and his family decided to start the Jason Parrot Scholarship Fund to make it easier for Isabella County students like Jason to continue their schooling. This scholarship supports students who face any kind of challenge in acquiring their education.

Despite medical challenges, Jason lives his life to the fullest. He often travels with his family, enjoying adventures such as snow skiing, sailing in the Caribbean, and hunting in Alaska, Newfoundland, and Africa. Jason has made friends from all over the world and enjoys emailing them when he’s back home. He is also very involved with his church and Bible study group. Still, family is at the center of Jason’s world and much of his time is spent with loved ones.

Even though Jason and his family now reside in California, their scholarship continues to support students in our community.
