The Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund was established by James E. Hornak and N. Joan Hornak to establish a permanent endowed fund to support Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan’s mission.

Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan (CCMM) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was established in 2008. CCMM provides affordable, faith-based mental health services for those across the Mid-Michigan region.

CCMM licensed therapists are committed to integrating Christian values with their therapy methods to promote healing for those who may feel lost. Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan proudly welcomes children, adults, families, and couples of any faith background. The Hornak Family Christian Counseling Fund will continue to support the efforts of Christian Counseling of Mid-Michigan.
