Liz Conway

Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Liz joined the Community Foundation in September 2024. In her role as CEO/COO, she spearheads the Foundation’s mission to enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Isabella County through local philanthropy and community leadership.


Jaimie Capen-Cascadden

Program Officer

Jaimie joined the Community Foundation staff in August 2019. Jaimie works most closely with the Foundation’s Scholarship and Grant Review Committees. Contact her for support related to grant and scholarship applications, forms and reports, as well as nonprofit capacity-building resources and training.


Tera Albrecht

Donor Services Officer

Tera joined the Community Foundation in July 2023 as the Administrative Director. In 2026, Tera transitioned to the Donor Services Director role, where she is the primary contact for donors and prospective donors. Contact her for anything related to funds at the Community Foundation.


Sarah Lownsbery

Administrative Officer

The Administrative Officer handles administrative tasks like gift entry and acknowledgments, event tickets, meeting scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, and correspondence. Contact them for assistance with gift envelopes and receipts, pledge reminders, fund statements, vendor payments, and changes to contact information.


Maddie VanAlstine

Student Intern

The student intern assists the Program Director with a variety of grantmaking, scholarship, and research projects. The role provides a valuable opportunity to learn about the nonprofit sector, philanthropy, and impactful community work.
