Fund Advisor/ Manager Portal

Fund representatives/advisors have the ability to access fund information online through our Fund Manager Portal. Within the Portal, fund managers can easily check a fund’s balance, view and download fund statements, track grants, add to a fund and more. The Portal is available 24/7 from anywhere, on any device.

Login Process and Creating Your Account

Click the “Go to Portal” button above, and you will be redirected to the Portal where you may enter your credentials. Your username will be the email address that we have on file for you. If you are accessing the portal for the first time, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the prompts to create a password of your choice. We recommend using random words, capital letters, numbers and/or special characters to keep your account secure. Consider writing them down so you will remember. If you forgot your credentials, please contact MPACF Staff at (989) 773-7322 or info@mpacf.org. While our staff can assist you in resetting your password, please understand we do not have access to user passwords and cannot look them up for you. Note: The Fund Portal will lock you out after five unsuccessful login attempts, at which time you will need to contact MPACF to reset.

Portal Features

Once you are logged in, your homepage will appear. If you manage multiple funds, you will see a Choose Fund menu. Select the fund you wish to review. The tabs at the top of the page display different features available to you as a fund manager.

Home: Your homepage is a quick snapshot of the fund’s most recent activity. It will show the fund’s current balance, all fund advisors, recent contributions and recent grant history.

Contributions: This tab shows all donations made to the fund. Clicking on a contributor’s name will bring up their address (if known). You will not see individual donation amounts, per the Community Foundation’s confidentiality and privacy policies.

Grants: This tab shows the history of grants awarded from the fund including date, organization name, purpose and amount.

Grant Request (for Donor Advised and Organization Funds only): This tab allows you to make a grant recommendation/request from the fund and to see recent grant statuses.

Statements: This tab shows the fund’s statements. Next to the statement you wish to view, click “Print” and

the system will generate a PDF in a new window that you may view, save, or print.

Files: This tab will show viewable files related to the fund. At this time, our staff is working to load fund agreements and other relevant documents.

Donate: This tab opens up a new window for you to make a gift to the fund. You can also set up a recurring donation to the fund.

Logout: Clicking “Logout” will automatically log you out of the Fund Portal. If you do not log out this way, you will be logged out automatically at midnight.
