Life Choices Medical Clinic Fund

As young people navigate the sexual minefields of the 21st century, it is important that they are equipped and empowered with education to help them make choices that will have a positive impact upon their lives and the lives of generations to follow. The primary objective of Life Choices of Central Michigan (LCCM) focuses on education that equips our patients to make the best choice possible for their future. We believe that if young people are armed with truth, knowledge, skills, and the discipline to avoid sexual pressure, the same skills will also empower them to effectively avoid alcohol, drugs, and other risk factors identified by the Centers for Disease Control.

The LCCM Medical Clinic provides the following services:

  • Pregnancy testing and options education;

  • Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Education;

  • Limited obstetrical ultrasound;

  • STD testing and treatment; and

  • Community referrals.

By supporting the Medical Clinic Fund established in 2014, you are helping LCCM to continue providing professional medical services free of charge to those receiving our services.

Services are provided by trained, licensed, and highly qualified staff members under the direction of Medical Directors, Michelle Monticello M.D. and Constanza Fox M.D.
